Returned from the Blue Ridge Mountain Christian Writers Conference last weekend. It was a great week for this writer. My article "How Your Lifestyle Affects Your Breast Cancer" won 1st place and my poem "Listening Through the Pain" won 2nd place.
I was also able to meet with several editors and agents, a few of which showed interest in my novel, "Darkness Trembles" (which won 2nd place overall in last year's novel/novella category)!
What a blessing to be able to hug old friends and visit with new friends.
Julie ... it was a joy go meet you too. I so look forward to next year!
